Founders Story

The idea for TTS Ltd was born out of frustration. After years of working across multiple industries—Automotive, Telecoms, and Utilities—I often felt trapped by the limitations of corporate life. Despite having valuable ideas and solutions, I was rarely given the control or freedom to implement them. I knew I could make a real difference, but as an employee, my potential was capped. That’s when I decided to take matters into my own hands and create something different.

With a background in analytical, reporting, technical, and support roles, I had developed a strong understanding of how businesses use (and sometimes misuse) data. Over time, I noticed a recurring theme: while large corporations struggled with communication and collaboration, SMEs were facing an even bigger challenge—time and resources. Many small businesses wanted to evolve, adopt new technologies, and use their data more effectively, but they simply lacked the capacity. I saw this gap as an opportunity to bridge, using my skills to help SMEs work smarter, not harder.

Starting the business came with its share of unknowns, but with my technical background, setting up the systems was straightforward. The business side required more adaptation, but I embraced the challenge. It wasn’t easy, but it was worth it. Along the way, I had the support of family, particularly those working in finance, who encouraged me to stay focused and push forward.

At the heart of TTS Ltd are the values I believe every successful business relationship should be built on: Integrity, Communication & Collaboration, Excellence, and Innovation. Having seen first-hand how poor communication and misaligned teams can derail progress in larger organisations, I wanted TTS Ltd to represent the opposite—clarity, partnership, and a genuine drive to make clients’ businesses better in every capacity.

What excites me most about running my own business is the freedom: being my own boss, controlling my time, and deciding where to spend my energy. It means I can shape my own destiny and, more importantly, help others shape theirs. I’ve invested countless hours in researching, studying, and testing dashboards and solutions. The turning point came in my last corporate role, where I realised that no matter how much value I could add, the business would never flex to meet individual or innovative ideas. That realisation gave me the push to create TTS Ltd—a company designed to be the change I wanted to see in the world of business.
